The FOHY Scholarship Program
The Future of Honduran Youth (FOHY) is happy to announce a partnership aimed at a transformative journey of Honduran Youth through the power of higher education. Building on a legacy of grassroots support, we are launching a comprehensive scholarship initiative in collaboration with Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras (UTH) and Honduras Corea.
Our Legacy: From Mountainside Villages to College Degrees
The seeds of this program were sown by Santiago’s "Today’s Tomorrow" initiatives. To date, this mission has:
Supported 10 students from remote mountainside villages to graduate from Middle and High School.
Empowered 6 students to pursue higher education.
Seen 2 successful college graduates, with 4 students currently finishing their degrees in 2026.
This momentum has now accelerated through the formal establishment of the FOHY Foundation.

Our Roadmap to 2030
We are already in motion. At the start of 2026, we proudly selected our first 3 scholarship recipients.
Starting in 2027, we will expand our reach by selecting 4 new students every year. Thanks to the UTH tuition discount, a total of $5,000 covers a student’s entire 4-year degree. With our $100,000 funding goal, FOHY will fully support 20 future leaders through their graduation.
