Byeongsoo "Santiago" Kim
Vice President & Honduras Minister
Santiago’s life was once defined by a pursuit of personal freedom. An engineering graduate from a prestigious Korean university, Santiago ran a successful business in the U.S. before a profound transformation reshaped his life’s journey. He was in the midst of planning a grand expedition from North to South America when an encounter in the isolated mountain villages of Honduras rerouted his entire future. Seeing the untapped potential of youth living in systemic isolation, his "life of fun" was fundamentally transformed into a "life of purpose in Christ." Over the past decade, Santiago has served as a full-time minister, though he intentionally avoids the traditional label of "Missionary" in favor of a "Fraternal Worker" model. He has walked alongside marginalized communities to address their urgent medical, financial, and educational needs. His greatest legacy is the success of his students; many who began under his care in middle school have now graduated from university and are contributing to society as responsible leaders. After completing his first ten years of ground-level ministry, Santiago co-founded this foundation to ensure that his vision of transformative love and spiritual responsibility continues to reach the next generation of Honduran youth.
Hans "Esteban" Lee
Vice President & Director of Missional Advancement
Esteban’s commitment to Honduras is a testament to the power of long-term faithfulness. An original member of the Honduran Ministry at Eden Church in Oregon, he has spent more than 20 years (and counting) in dedicated prayer and active service for the Honduran people since his first visit to Honduras in 2005. Throughout this journey, he has been more than just a supporter; he has been Santiago’s most trusted "thought partner" and spiritual confidant, providing the prayerful foundation upon which the ministry was built. In his professional life, Esteban serves as the CEO of a medical device company, a role that allows him to bring a unique blend of corporate strategy and executive leadership to the foundation. As a co-founder, he integrates his business acumen with deep spiritual maturity, overseeing the foundation’s broader vision. His unique perspective ensures that the organization remains mission-driven while operating with the precision and excellence required to make a lasting global impact.
KyooChang "Juan" Oh
President & Director of US Operations
Juan’s path to the foundation began with a profound calling at a KOSTA conference, which sparked a lifelong commitment to mission work. While building a distinguished career in the financial and strategic planning area across banking and sports industries, he consistently has been in ways to steward his time and expertise for a higher purpose. When the opportunity arose to join Santiago and Esteban in formalizing the foundation, Juan accepted the presidency with a clear mandate: to build a bridge of operational excellence between the United States and Honduras. As a seasoned financial expert, Juan is responsible for creating the legal and operational infrastructure necessary to stabilize the ministry’s growth. His work focuses on "future-proofing" the organization, ensuring that the financial structures and governance models are robust enough to support the transition of leadership to the local Honduran youth. By combining his professional expertise with a servant’s heart, Juan ensures that the foundation is not only effective today but sustainable for the generations to come.
